Congratulations Karen, I hope you'll enjoy it. I'm glad to know it's finally going to get some use. No cookbook should spend it's life on a shelf, minus butter smears or flicks of tomato sauce here and there.

We're off to visit Gettysburg for the weekend, only a few hours' drive from us. Sunny, in the 80's here this weekend, so it should be a great trip. Stay in a hotel, no cooking, sleep late and a beautiful drive across the hills of southwestern Pennsylvania - what's not to love about that!
